The Gosuverse is the fan-made term for the overarching setting of Ryu Ki-Woon and Moon Jung-Hoo's series Yongbi the Invincible, Yongbi the Invincible - A Side Story and Gosu (The Master).

| ~116 Years Ago | War between the Blood Snake Sect and five factions under the Murim Alliance; Go Hyeop is believed to have died in the war.[3] |

| ~66 Years Ago | Yul Mog-In and his retainers are slaughtered at Geumcheonbo Headquarters but Yul Mugi is able to escape.[9] Yongbi, Goo Hwi and many other gosu and factions go in search of the Golden Castle and the Lightning God's Blue Dragon Sword. Cruel Moon Archdemon, the eighth Prelate of the Asura Blood Sect is slain by Goo Hwi.[10] |

| ~56 Years Ago | In the Middle Kingdom a grand coalition between the righteous factions of the Murim Alliance and the chaotic factions is formed in order to combat the oncoming threat of the Asura Blood Sect from the north. Their long fierce war culminates with the Murim Alliance attaining a Pyrrhic victory over the Asura Blood Sect. The old Murim Alliance falls apart with small peripheral factions (who never participated in the war) forming a new Murim Alliance.[13] |

The Heavenly Destruction Sect conquers the majority of the murim in three short years. The Four Heavenly Kings betray the Heavenly Destroyer and the latter goes missing from the public eye. Due to inner conflict, the Heavenly Destruction Sect quickly falls apart and the Four Heavenly Kings apparently kill each other.[13][14] |
| ~25 Years Ago | Soh Jinhong is born.[15] |
| ~10 Years Ago | Soh Jinhong single-handedly slaughters the entire Shinmu brotherhood.[15] |
| ~8 Years Ago | Im Daechang, the True Taecheong Savant, is assassinated by a mysterious assassin.[15] Dokgo Ryong, the Heavenly Destroyer passes away and Gang Ryong ventures out from his cave in order to exact his master's revenge on the Four Heavenly Kings. Gang Ryong finds out that the Four Heavenly Kings apparently died years ago and soon begins working at the tavern-on-the-fork.[14] |
| ~7 Years Ago | Wang Ahk and the White Skulls turn themselves into the magistrates for an unknown reason. Gang Ryong and Soh Jinhong clash for the first time. Gang Ryong storms the Baekma Valley signifying the first time the Valley has ever been breached. Gang Ryong and Doh Gyeom clash for the first time. Gyeom's uncle ransacks the Pungjin Sect's wealth, exacerbating the sect's fall. Gyeom becomes the new master of the Pungjin Sect. Gang Ryong leaves Yellow Dragon Mountain to go after one of his master's enemies. Ryong encounters and fights Sa Paecheon to the death, ending in Ryong's narrow victory. Ryong clashes with Gwi Yeong at the Naeseonhyang but leaves without killing him. Mak Sapyeong fights, defeats, and eventually kills Gwi Yeong. Doh Gyeom begins working at the tavern-on-the-fork. |
| ~6 Years Ago | Gang Ryong heads back to Yellow Dragon Mountain. The Tooth Killer hands himself into the magistrates for an unknown reason. Jin Garyeong encounters Mak Sapyeong. The residents of Yellow Dragon Mountain go missing. Gang Ryong is captured by the Baekma Valley. Jin Garyeong clashes against her mother. Gang Ryong fights, defeats and kills Mak Sapyeong. The Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect reveal themselves and crush the main factions of the Murim Alliance. Gang Ryong fights and defeats Nameless and Ze Wungang, killing the latter. In retaliation, Hyeol Bi sends the Sect's supporters after Gang Ryong and his allies but Hong Ye-Mong arrives in time to stop a battle from breaking out. Yongbi and Goo Hwi visit the Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect's stronghold and discuss things with Hyeol Bi. Goo Hwi proposes that the war between the Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect and Murim Alliance remnants be decided with a duel between champions in exchange for passage into the Sage Forest. Hyeol Bi accepts these terms on the condition that Goo Hwi and Yongbi also participate. The Sage Forest emerged victorious and the Revived Heavenly Destruction Sect was annihilated along with its members. Okcheonbi also resurfaces but was killed due to the combined efforts of Gang Ryong, Yongbi, and Goo Hwi. |
| ~5 Years Ago | Doh Gyeom meets Heukweol and Yeonhwa and they help improve his martial arts. Soh Jinhong tracks down and kills the Old Man Yang Jeonghak reveals his identity as an investigator for the Grand General's Command and with his mission complete, he returns to the organization. Gha Woobok starts earning a lot of money and buys a house. Song Yerin gets pregnant with Gang Ryong's child. |
